Development levy plan dropped

The planned levy on development that supporters claimed would help to fund infrastructure should be waived for house-building schemes in Bradford a planning inspector has ruled. Get £3k for broadband improvements

Businesses in Bradford and Leeds are reminded about the opportunities to get up to £3,000 to improve broadband connectivity. The voucher scheme for small and medium-sized enterprises allows for better and more efficient internet speeds and is a grant, not a loan.  The scheme runs until March 2015.
