Frequently Asked Questions.
The Bradford district is being transformed through regeneration and investment and at the very heart of this are the many facets that make up the property industry.
With significant input from businesses within the district as well as nationally and internationally, the property sector is helping to fuel the burgeoning Bradford economy.
Major developments in the pipeline include a £350 million urban village planned for the city’s historic canalside, a £300 million shopping centre and a £90 million mixed-use development on the outskirts of the city centre.
It is in this environment of social and economic rejuvenation that the Bradford Property Forum has been formed. With a mission to build future growth and prosperity in the Bradford Metropolitan District, the forum will bring property professionals together with representatives of academia and the public sector.
