Myrtle mix - what next?
Plans for a new shopping centre in Bingley have been commented upon by local residents. The developers behind the scheme will now give thought on how to react to the views before going ahead with the plan.
That's not to say that the £8m refurb plan for Myrtle Walk centre is in any doubt, just that developer Richard Holmes and his colleagues behind the scheme wnat to make sure that residents are fully behind the plans. The renamed 5Rise apartment block and retail centre will be exhibited in Bingley Library during November and it is hoped that a planning decision will be made before Christmas.
