The outstanding performance of Bradford-based business has been celebrated at Yorkshire’s Finest Property Awards, organised by the Yorkshire Post Newspapers.

Bradford-based businesses won five of the 16 awards, which were rewarded for excellence to estate agents, developers and architects. Bradford’s ambassador Linda Baker was the guest presenter for the evening and the winners included:

Best family home: Magellan Residential for Foster Park, Denholme.

Best city centre apartment development: Newmason Properties for Victoria Mills, Shipley.

Best regeneration of an existing building: Urban Splash for Lister Mills, Bradford.

Property industry newcomer: Joint winners Sheik Mani Waheed of Squarefoot Apartments and Chris O’Mahoney of Dacre, Son and Hartley.

Best estate agent website (national or regional agent): Dacre, Son and Hartley.
